I met my friend in La Conner for a fun shoot with her family. I know Amber from art school up in Bellingham. She is a wonderfully unique person and we had a great time in school and out of school working on creative projects. I lost the photos in a house fire (pre-digital) but we did a project where we dragged this couch all over Whatcom county and photographed ourselves on it - the photos were pretty hilarious. I almost never get to see her anymore which is a shame since she always inspires my creative side. Her lovely family has wonderful energy - it was so great working with them.
