my beautiful niece, she's cool and confident and fun. It's not fair that she has grown up so fast... it makes me think of my kids growing up that fast and that makes me very nervous.

So much for my resolution to pare down my photos more aggressively - this bunch would not take a bad pic. You can tell they love being together. If my kids are half as sweet as these ones are as teenagers, I'll be tickled. Thanks LB for letting me photograph your family.

ILP Meetup {Seattle Photographer}

Met up with a bunch of NW photographers this Saturday from ilovephotography.com. It was a new experience for me shooting in an urban environment and working with models who followed direction (more so than the usual toddler or preschooler). It all felt very high fashion and was alot of fun. They do this once every two months and I look forward to the next one.
